Across recruiting and building People functions, João has worked with the decisions and relationships that shape how organisations grow. People science and deep personality, behavioural and compatibility assessment are the foundation; his experience connects the findings to the actual role, manager, team and business conditions.
MindFrame is his practice-led framework for bringing those perspectives together. Alma brings together selected assessments and relevant feedback. MindFrame integrates these inputs with deeper exploration of work experiences; João interprets the patterns and turns them into practical advice about day-to-day work, likely friction and how to work together.
