For participants
If you’ve been invited to an Élan assessment.
Thank you for considering it. This page explains, in plain terms, what is involved, who sees what and how your information is looked after.
- What happens
- The process combines selected, established assessments and structured conversations with João. What you say is checked against real work evidence, and João interprets the whole picture for the role and team.
- How long it takes
- About 2–3 hours of your time in total.
- Who sees what
- The company that invited you receives a written brief and a recommendation about this decision.
- The feedback you can receive
- You can ask for your own feedback: what we saw about how you work, your strengths and what helps you do your best work.
- How your data is handled
- Your personal data is used only for this decision. Candidate working material is deleted after the debrief. The final brief is kept for 12 months, then deleted, unless the client or candidate asks us to remove it earlier.
- You can decline or ask questions
- Taking part is your choice. You can ask anything before you start, and you can decline. Nothing is assessed without your knowledge.
